BIM Manager

The Role:

We are working on BIM Manager position for one of the world’s most influential architecture practices. Their portfolio spans across numerous typologies such as the cultural, civic, academic, mixed-use and hospitality sectors. This architecture giant is currently expanding their BIM team and are seeking a BIM expert to lead large, complex commercial projects through all design documentation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design team to ensure documentation is correctly implemented in BIM softwares
• Lead the production of CDs with support from the larger team
• Assemble and present data and analysis findings to executive-level staff
• Lead project kick-off and model set-up
• Mentor and train members of the BIM team
• Define and implement Revit and BIM standards for the office in collaboration with the larger BIM team
• Library and asset management
• Work alongside support teams to resolve complex problems as they arise
• BIM QA/QC

Key Skills & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree related to the AEC space
• Demonstrable exert-level knowledge of Revit
• Familiar with Dynamo, Navisworks and other extensions
• Understanding of all project phases and what is required for submission at each phase
• Strong design documentation skills
• Significant experience with model coordination of large, complex commercial projects
• Experience implementing office standards related to BIM
• Strong presentation skills
