Computational Designer

About The Role:

We are working with a highly respected architecture and design studio seeking a Computational Designer to join their talented team. With a diverse portfolio of international projects, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale public realm and sports developments that combine creativity, technology, and design precision.

You’ll be involved from the earliest stages of design, using advanced computational tools to help develop and optimise complex geometries and spatial concepts. In collaboration with the wider architectural team and external consultants, you will turn early design ideas into buildable solutions by creating BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in developing designs utilising complex design software
  • Contribute projects at early concept stages
  • Optimising initial concept and sketch designs
  • Translating ideas into tangible design
  • Developing BIM Models
  • Coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • An undergraduate / master’s degree in architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of computational design tools
  • Experience working on large-scale international projects at concept stage
  • Strong Revit and Rhino knowledge
  • Good understanding of design optimisation and parametric workflows
  • At least 5+ years of post-graduate experience
