Executive Assistant

The Role:

A highly influential and sought-after global design studio are looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their London office. This role is a key position within the company and will manage the Senior Partner’s complex schedule to ensure smooth workflow, whilst working with the wider team of EA’s and admin across all offices.

In this exciting role, no two days with be the same. You will work closely with some of the top designers out there and you will play in important part of their impressive, fast paced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a complex/changing diary
  • Manage, schedule and organise meetings and events,
  • Manage and book travel arrangements including; flight and accommodation bookings and ensuring relevant travel visas are obtained
  • Planning and preparation for meeting and internal/external events
  • Greet and assist visiting employees from international offices
  • Look after phone and email communication for the Senior Partner, corresponding to queries on their behalf when needed
  • Assist with personal tasks such as bill payment/organisation, liaising with family members on scheduling and more
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role, preferably within Architecture/Design
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • InDesign skills advantageous
  • Meticulous, detailed-oriented and organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Friendly and service-minded with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/ verbal communication
  • Professional in your approach with a good sense of humour
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
