Finance Administrator

The Role:

Our client, a sophisticated and well-known luxury interior design studio are looking for an organised and meticulous Finance Administrator to join them in their beautiful location in southwest London. The studio works across both interiors and product design to create refined and forward-thinking concepts and designs.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager on all things related to finance administration for the company, so you are required to be detail oriented, proactive and number savvy. This role would suit a finance graduate or someone with previous exposure to a finance admin role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all sales ledger transactions
• Update daily sales records by verifying with bank statements, and share updated figures with relevant people
• Oversee customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and report customer account balances and overdue payments
• Coordinate with the sales team to collect debts in a timely manner
• Respond to queries and resolve issues related to invoices or payments
• Support the Finance Manager and other members of the finance department when required

Key Skills:

• Finance graduate or previous experience in a finance admin role
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Confident in your ability to complete tasks to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
