Front of House Coordinator
About The Role:
With its expanding portfolio of global award-winning projects, this innovative decorative and cunning Interior Design studio seeks a Front of House Coordinator to join its team on a 12-month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible.
Within this role, you will have a vital duty in delivering comprehensive front-of-house assistance and providing various administrative support across the office. Your flexibility will be paramount as you will also be required to handle ad-hoc duties in accordance with the evolving needs of the office, reporting to the Office Manager. Prior experience in reception and office administration is key and the ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork skills and approach tasks with a resilient attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all calls are promptly answered and transferred to the appropriate department or person, and screen sales calls
- Ensure all visitors are greeted in a welcoming and professional manner, following all security procedures
- Manage enquiries from staff and coordinate the incoming and outgoing posts and deliveries, including courier bookings
- ordering stationery and office supplies, ensuring stock levels are regularly checked whilst monitoring costs
- Coordinate with the Office Manager, assisting with onboarding new starters and coordinating with HR/IT for setup
- Liaising with external IT support and helping with basic IT coordination and troubleshooting
- Supporting Health & Safety procedures and record keeping
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a creative studio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills with good presentation
- Manage confidential information in the most discreet manner
- Natural attention to detail, with multitasking and proactive skills
- Exceptional abilities to work in a team and while managing your workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with basic IT and H&S advantageous
