HR Coordinator
The Role:
Our client is an award-winning international architectural design practice specialising in ground-breaking sports and entertainment venues that draw people and communities together for memorable experiences. They seek an energetic Human Resources Coordinator to work alongside the HR team to oversee their large team.
The ideal candidate will play a focal point in assisting the Human Resources Team by always working to enhance the HR support in providing advice to project leaders, managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring new starters and leavers’ documentation are completed following the latest policies
- Manage all HR and payroll databases, updating them regularly
- Recording employee’s annual leave supporting the HR team with general admin duties
- Manage employees’ benefits and rewards related to service length
- Inform the company insurance brokers of employee discrepancies
- Assist with organising training, reporting attendance, feedback and reviews
- Assisting with employees’ working relationships
- Manage employees’ queries promptly
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in HR and a customer focus environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a natural attention to details
- Fast thinker, self-motivated with excellent proactive skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload while working in a team or alone, taking the initiative when appropriate
