HR Manager

The Role:

We are working with an leading, interdisciplinary architecture and design firm with 20+ offices globally and a long list of award-winning design projects. They’re known for their amazing company culture and values and put effort into developing their employees.

They are are looking to hire an HR Manager to play a key part in influencing strategic business decisions in the London studio. The role is an overall generalist position covering the whole employee lifecycle, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, organisational development, employee recognition and engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

This position will report directly to the Operations Director in London and work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Previous HR experience in professional services, ideally within the built environment
  • Good leadership skills
  • In depth knowledge of UK labour law
  • Excellent active listening, negotiating and presenting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly creative environment
