Intermediate Architect

The Role:

This international, award-winning architecture practice is expanding their team in NY and are seeking an intermediate-level Architect to join them! They are well known for their globally-influential commercial projects across the civic, cultural, hospitality, retail, mixed-use and masterplanning sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on all design phases of commercial projects across civic, mixed-use, cultural, office and master planning projects
• Ideate on design concepts and collaborate with other team members to create overall design intent
• Be heavily involved in design documentation
• Work closely with the Project Manager and outside consultants for coordination purposes
• Utilize 3D modelling for documentation and concept development

Key Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Licensure would be considered an asset
• Strong Revit and Rhino skills
• Experience with BlueBeam and Adobe CS
• Commercial project experience is required for this role
• Specific experience with office/commercial towers would be considered an asset
• Balanced knowledge of both conceptual design and design documentation
• Experience in all project phases
• A desire to work on international projects
