Intermediate Designer (Hospitality & Residential)

About the Role

We are partnered with a global design studio behind some of the world’s most celebrated hotels, residences, and F&B destinations. With award-winning projects spanning New York, London, LA, and beyond, their work blends craft, innovation, and timeless design.

Now, as they launch a brand-new Nashville studio, they’re seeking an Intermediate Designer to join as one of the very first hires. This is a unique chance to work side by side with senior leadership, translating bold design ideas into precise technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed documentation.

You will be part of a small but growing team, contributing hands-on to projects while learning directly from world-class designers. For someone with 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or residential design, this role offers both the excitement of a new studio and the prestige of a global practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate design concepts into CAD drawings, Rhino models, and presentation packages
• Contribute to all phases of project delivery, with a focus on documentation and detailing
• Support hospitality, residential, and F&B projects across the Nashville studio and beyond
• Collaborate closely with leadership and a small team of designers
• Manage day-to-day production tasks with precision, speed, and creativity

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in hospitality, residential, or F&B sectors
• Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino; Adobe Creative Suite and Revit/SketchUp a plus
• Confident producing detailed drawings, documentation, and 3D visuals
• Flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn directly from senior leadership
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
