As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you’ll play an integral role in shaping projects from concept to completion. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in every stage of the design process, contribute fresh ideas, and bring extraordinary spaces to life alongside a team of passionate, like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to all phases of hospitality projects, from schematic design through construction administration
  • Develop and refine detailed design specifications, including FF&E selections, lighting, space planning, and plan layouts
  • Create concept sketches and produce compelling 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
  • Support project scheduling and assist with budget development for design and construction phases
  • Partner with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless project execution and design integrity
  • Present and communicate design concepts and progress with clarity and confidence to clients and stakeholders

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, and other 3D modeling tools
  • Revit experience preferred
  • Strong balance of technical expertise and creative design sensibility
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to mentor junior staff and work seamlessly with senior leadership
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
