Intermediate Project Architect (Interior Architecture)

The Role:

Our client is a world-renowned transdisciplinary architectural and design firm, with an impressive portfolio and recognized for their approach rooted in dialogue, creating spaces that undergo transformative experiences. They are in search of an Intermediate Project Architect specializing in interior architecture to contribute to the evolution of interior architectural design from initial concept to final execution.

Within this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the design vision aligns seamlessly with client requirements and industry standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the full scope of design including the coordination and documentation for the team and its interface with consultants
• Lead the selection of FF&E packages, material specifications, furniture systems, and color palettes
• Communicate between consultants, vendors, furniture dealers and fabricators
• Provide design support throughout the completion and execution of design concepts
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing teamwork assignments
• Prioritize and delegate work according to project needs

Key Skills:

• Professional degree in Architecture with solid experience in a Interior Architecture Position
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe CS, MS Office and Zoom
• Previous experience through all phases of design
• Strong knowledge of FF&E packages and material specifications
• Ability to demonstrate project and team management skills
