Junior Hospitality Designer

About The Role:

We are partnering with a leading international design studio recognised for delivering exceptional luxury hospitality and mixed-use projects worldwide. They are seeking a Junior Hospitality Designer to join their growing team and support the design development of large-scale, high-end environments.

The role is ideal for a designer with 2-3 years’ hospitality experience, strong design sensibility and solid technical foundations. You will work closely with intermediate and senior colleagues, contributing to concept development, FF&E sourcing, documentation and presentation work across multiple project phases.

This position offers excellent exposure to world-class hospitality projects and the opportunity to develop within a collaborative and highly creative studio.

Please note, this is not a graduate position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and development of design concepts, presentations, and project graphics
  • Produce and modify drawings during design development
  • Support FF&E sourcing, research, and specification, contributing to material palettes and sample boards
  • Update presentation documents and internal design packages
  • Contribute to concept pitches, mood boards, and visual storytelling
  • Assist with model making, mock-ups, and coordination with suppliers and external vendors
  • Maintain sample library materials and organisation
  • Support senior team members on administrative and project coordination tasks

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality or high-end interior design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; familiarity with design management tools
  • Revit experience is an advantage
  • Strong sketching ability and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to apply interior design principles, including space planning and hospitality-specific considerations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Deal with multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy and organisation
