Marketing Coordinator (Interior Design)

Known for its refined aesthetic and creative storytelling, this firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its New York team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to take the lead on social media strategy and content while supporting a range of initiatives across proposals, PR, and event communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the firm’s social media presence, developing creative content and strategies to highlight projects, events, and firm culture across multiple platforms
- Partner with the Marketing Manager on proposals, presentations, and press submissions, ensuring all materials reflect the firm’s brand voice and design excellence
- Write and edit compelling copy for newsletters, web updates, award submissions, and project communications
- Support event planning, photography coordination, and day-to-day marketing initiatives to elevate the firm’s public presence
- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely responses to portfolio requests and ad-hoc marketing needs
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in marketing or communications within design, architecture, or a related creative industry
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with proven experience crafting engaging content for social media, newsletters, and proposals
- Proficiency across major social media platforms and scheduling/analytics tools; experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to last-minute requests
- A collaborative, social personality with genuine enthusiasm for design, events, and storytelling
