Mid / Senior Interior Designer (Luxury Hospitality)
About The Role:
We are working with our client, a globally renowned interiors studio that are known for their exceptional hospitality projects across London and the US.
With a strong pipeline of design-led projects, they are looking for Midweight and Senior Interior Designers with strong hospitality exposure to join their team.
The ideal candidate would be able to showcase an exemplary portfolio with previous hospitality projects and have a proven track record of technical drawings and detailing to the highest standard as well as early conceptual stages of projects. Upon joining a collaborative, talented and friendly team, you would be supporting the day-to day delivery of projects within the hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of luxury hospitality projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop narrative-led design concepts through research, storytelling, planning, sketching and visualisation.
- Maintain the creative vision and design integrity throughout every stage of a project.
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages, construction documentation and detailed design information.
- Take ownership of FF&E specifications, material palettes and bespoke joinery and furniture design.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Present design concepts and proposals confidently to clients, consultants and the wider project team.
- Contribute proactively to creative workshops, design reviews and collaborative studio discussions.
- Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging creativity, collaboration and professional development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing design excellence, technical delivery and programme requirements.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- A degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or relevant
- At least 3 years’ experience working within the interior design industry
- Previous experience working on high-end hospitality, retail and F&B projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong understanding and proven track record for technical drawing packages and detailing
- Great visual and verbal communication skills
- An outstanding portfolio
