Mid-Weight Interior Designer (Hospitality)

About The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with a highly desirable, international design practice based in Spain. They are looking for a collaborative Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team ASAP.

Within this role, you would work across luxury projects within the hospitality and high-end residential sectors. Working alongside the Studio Leader and a dynamic and collaborative team to develop creative and thought-provoking design concepts. As part of the team, you will be a key member of the studio who will help drive forward and deliver projects to a high level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, possess at least 3 years’ experience, ideally working on hospitality projects and will be a personable team player. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality design concepts and project plans
• Maintain project delivery dates, ensuring works are delivered promptly and to a high quality
• Provide weekly project updates
• Review and update design documentation
• Ensure project compliance and building regulations are adhered to
• Develop solutions and provide advice to the wider team
• Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with presentations and attend site/client meetings

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 3+ years within luxury interior projects
• Experience within hospitality is necessary with high-end residential experience being a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is necessary for this role
• 3D software skills within either Sketchup / Rhino and/or Revit is preferable
• Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary for the role
• A collaborative and friendly attitude
• Ability to work with teams as well as independently
• A strong portfolio that showcases a flair for design
• Must have EU residency
