Mid-Weight Interior Designer (Hospitality)
About The Role:
The Crowd are partnered with a highly respected, award-winning architecture and interior design practice renowned for its expertise in hospitality and its impressive portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts and lifestyle destinations. With a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across the UK and internationally, they are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their growing London team and contribute to an exciting pipeline of work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically capable designer who enjoys working across all stages of the design process, from concept development through to project completion. You will work closely with senior team members to develop innovative interior schemes, prepare detailed drawing packages, coordinate FF&E selections, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful and engaging design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support hospitality projects from concept through to completion
- Assist with the development of design concepts, finishes schemes, and space planning proposals
- Produce drawings, schedules, specifications, and technical design documentation
- Design and specify FF&E packages
- Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Work closely with project leads to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Interior Designer, including at least 3 years working on hospitality projects
- Strong concept design, space planning, and FF&E specification skills
- Ability to produce technical drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and spoken English; additional language skills including Greek, French, or Italian would be advantageous
