Part II (Revit + Rhino)

About The Role:

We are working with a highly desirable and progressive architecture practice that are known for their crafted international projects. They are looking for a Part II who has previously worked on design-led mid to large scale projects and has strong proficiency in Revit and Rhino, to join their thriving London office.

As an experienced Part II, you would be responsible for working on a large and notable projects across various sectors and stages with a wonderful multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working with a collaborative team and thrives on client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating drawing packages from detailed design and construction documentation
• Supporting the coordination of projects with external consultants and clients with the support of the wider team
• Responsible for creating presentation material for client meetings and external consultants with support of the senior staff
• Assisting in design development, visualisation documentation and planning submissions as well as contributing to research and design studies.
• Utilising Revit and Rhino in 3D modelling and drawing production

Key Skills/Requirements:

• At least 1-2 year working in professional practice post Part II
• Proven track record throughout technical and construction stages
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential for this role
• Experience in Rhino, Adobe and Enscape is advantageous.
• Strong visual and verbal presentation skills including graphic skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
