Procurement Coordinator
The Role:
A high-end design studio who work with some of the top names in the industry are looking for a confident and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join their friendly and collaborative London studio.
This is a fundamental role within the studio working closely with the sales and production teams to manage the procurement and logistics side of the business. The ideal candidate will ideally have at least one year procurement experience in the design industry and will be a confident communicator with the ability to work closely with suppliers to ensure efficiency across orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for the sales and production teams for all product availability and logistics
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of the order process
- Forecast stock requirement and plan procurement accordingly, placing orders as and when required
- Oversee stock taking process
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers, ensuring best prices are obtained
- Manage any logistics/production issues
- Manage stock, raise orders, and maintain and manage product and supplier data
- Liaise with the finance team ensuring invoices/POs and payment runs are accurate and produced in a timely manner
- Arrange inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring requirements are met and delivery/collections are up to date
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role and a genuine interest in the luxury design industry
- Highly proficient in Excel and willingness to learn new software
- Able to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to communicate well at all levels with confidence and professionalism
- Able to prioritise and work to multiple deadlines
