Project Architect

About The Role:

A prominent player in the architectural landscape, known for their high-quality designs, innovative approach, and commitment to sustainability are looking for a Project Architect to join their mid-sized team in London.

Within this role, you will be a key part of the team, assisting with the design and technical delivery of highly detailed bespoke projects. You will be coordinating and liaising with external consultants and the wider architectural team to ensure projects as successfully managed and delivered. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years prior experience including working on luxury residential schemes.

This is a perfect opportunity for an architect looking to step up into a pivotal role within a studio which offers exposure to fantastic projects with a vibrant and sociable culture.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit
• 5+ years post registration experience
• Prior experience at stage 3 onwards
• Confident and passionate developing coordinated technical drawing packages
• Experience leading a small team of Architects and Assistants
• Strong detailing skills
• Familiar with coordinating and leading with wider team through latter project stages
• Experience working on crafted and bespoke projects
• Firm knowledge on material and systems specifications
• Exposure to luxury projects including private residential
