Project Architect

  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Prepare and oversee construction documentation, technical detailing and project specifications
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables and project team coordination
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and design-focused studio culture

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect in the State of California
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Strong technical proficiency in Revit and experience producing construction documentation
  • Proven ability to manage projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills
  • Experience leading consultant coordination and project teams
  • Strong design sensibility combined with sound technical and problem-solving abilities
