Project Architect

The Role:

A sought-after studio known for their placemaking, and community focused projects are seeking a talented Project Architect with experience of leading projects through construction stages. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale projects, including residential, mixed-use and commercial.

This is a rare opportunity to join a multi award winning studio and play a significant role in design-led projects within a collaborative environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process through all stages
• Manage a small team to ensure deliverables are achieved to the highest standards
• Lead design reviews with management team
• Manage packages through various stages
• Lead coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills:

• Registered ARB Architect.
• Experience using Revit, MicroStation, and Adobe Suite
• At least 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience leading projects through stages 3-6
• Exposure to high-risk buildings at delivery stages.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations within the housing sector
