Project Architect (Healthcare)

About The Role:

An internationally recognized architecture firm is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its dynamic team in New York. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leading innovative design projects, particularly in the healthcare sector.

As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in the planning, development, and execution of technical documentation, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. You’ll work closely with designers, consultants, and project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that align with client expectations and the firm’s commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate design development and construction documentation
• Ensure technical implications of design decisions align with project goals
• Oversee the production of construction documents, maintaining quality control
• Manage construction administration tasks such as RFIs and change orders
• Conduct field observations to monitor construction progress

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 7-10 years of professional experience, with a focus on healthcare design
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D software, with strong technical skills
• Licensed Architect with a professional degree in architecture
• LEED AP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to build client relationships
