Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of complex, high-impact projects from early design through to built reality
• Craft detailed drawings, documentation and specifications with precision and clarity
• Lead coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless delivery
• Guide teams through the construction phase with confidence and technical authority
• Present design ideas with clarity and vision to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Champion innovation, sustainability and performance in every project detail

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Architecture license in California
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Deep expertise in Revit and a mastery of technical detailing
• Proven leadership and the ability to motivate and mentor junior team members
• Confidence in managing teams, timelines, and client relationships
• A passion for design excellence, materiality, and purpose-driven architecture
