Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of complex, high-impact projects from early design through to built reality
- Craft detailed drawings, documentation and specifications with precision and clarity
- Lead coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless delivery
- Guide teams through the construction phase with confidence and technical authority
- Present design ideas with clarity and vision to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Champion innovation, sustainability and performance in every project detail
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Architecture license in California
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Deep expertise in Revit and a mastery of technical detailing
- Proven leadership and the ability to motivate and mentor junior team members
- Confidence in managing teams, timelines, and client relationships
- A passion for design excellence, materiality, and purpose-driven architecture
