About The Role:
An established and well-known architecture studio is seeking a Project Assistant and PA to provide administrative and organisational support to their London-based team. In this varied role you will assist across a diverse range of projects, including residential, educational, cultural, and urban developments.
As the Project Assistant and PA, you will play a vital role in supporting project teams and the wider studio, while also providing PA support to a Studio Director. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and approachable, with a strong graphic sensibility and proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create documents using InDesign and Photoshop, including information gathering and layout
- Manage drawing protocols and logging incoming documents
- Update and maintain project records
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements
- General typing, minute-taking, and filing
- Research support for project teams
- Diary and email management
- Provide secretarial support to Directors
- Organise internal and external meetings and studio events
- Reception coverage and ad hoc duties
Key Skills:
- Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop with advanced graphic expertise
- Strong presentation skills
- Keen design eye with meticulous attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Confident telephone etiquette and excellent written and spoken English
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanour in all internal and external communications
- Works effectively in team environments
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workflow
