Project Coordinator (Architecture)

About the Role:

The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a highly respected architecture and design practice known for delivering impactful projects across a diverse range of sectors. With a collaborative culture and a strong reputation for design excellence, this firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its San Francisco team in a full-time capacity.

This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys keeping projects, teams, and stakeholders aligned behind the scenes. Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, you will play a key role in supporting project operations, coordinating documentation and schedules, managing administrative processes, and helping ensure projects remain on track from start to finish. Experience within architecture, design, engineering, or construction is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across multiple active projects and project teams
  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and project-related documentation to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document key takeaways, and track follow-up actions to support effective communication among stakeholders
  • Assist with project financial administration, including billing support, invoice tracking, consultant coordination, and contract-related documentation
  • Support senior leadership with project reporting, resource planning, operational initiatives, and other activities that contribute to successful project delivery

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations support, executive assistance, or a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
  • Experience within architecture, design, engineering, construction, or real estate environments is a plus
