Project Director (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on all stages 0 – 7
• Run an architectural team and a portfolio of projects efficiently and profitably
• Lead and develop design solutions
• Take responsibility for all strategic issues and reporting directly to the board
• Ensure that all architectural, structural, services installation, and other building elements are technically coordinated throughout the design

Key Skills:

• Excellent design/technical knowledge and experience
• A sound knowledge of construction and building legislation
• Experience working on aviation projects is essential
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Confident in software skills including Revit
• Able to build a network of relationships that regularly provides work for the business
