Project Manager
The Role:
An international, progressive and highly sought after architecture firm is looking for a Project Manager to join their US based team. The position is remote and therefore is open to applicants from across the US.

The ideal person will be a self-motivated collaborator with a design-led approach and solid experience in leading innovative, cultural/public projects from concept to completion. The role will work closely with the senior team to ensure successful delivery of high profile, quality projects, whilst liaising with external consultants and the wider team to achieve the common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple high-profile exhibition projects
- Oversee project planning, resources, fees and budgets
- Manage external consultants and contractors
- Liaise closely with clients ensuring solid relationships are built and maintained
- Resolve and manage any issues that may arise acting as the go-to problem solver
- Work with the finance team to ensure all invoicing and costings are correctly processed and allocated
- Join and lead project meetings, provide valuable insight, bring forward ideas and provide support to the senior management team
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Previous demonstrable experience leading projects in the cultural/public/art realm
- Previous experience with exhibition design preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience of D&B projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to utilize Gnatt Charts and other PM tracking tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong understanding of budgets and project financials
- Commercial awareness and knowledge/understanding of contracts and other similar documents
- Excellent multitasking and organization skills
