Project Manager

The Role:

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager for a residential design and build company in North London that covers all aspects of residential building work from start to finish. The ideal person for this role will have experience running residential projects and have a good understanding of architectural drawings, excel and budgets. They will be an excellent communicator, have client-facing skills and be dynamic and adaptable in their approach.

Responsibilities will include planning and coordinating the renovation and restoration of private residential homes, overseeing programme management, subcontractor management and procurement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading various projects monitoring budget and timeline
  • Deliver all projects to customer satisfaction implementing improvements
  • Direct control of customer service compliance
  • Actively reporting progress, issues, and solutions to relevant stakeholders and team members
  • Coach and lead the team members to success with planning and decision-making expectations
  • Efficiently managing procurement processes targeting the business’ goals

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years in property development/construction industry
  • Knowledge of architectural drawings
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerate and logical, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organization and time management skills
