Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-family and residential project teams through all phases, from concept to construction
• Manage schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate across disciplines and consultants, fostering strong collaboration and communication
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
• Uphold design quality and technical excellence throughout the process

Key Skills/Experience:

• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required
• Minimum 7–10 years of architectural experience with a focus on multi-family or mixed-use residential projects
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, codes, and construction administration
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
• Proficiency in Revit and project delivery software
