Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-family and residential project teams through all phases, from concept to construction
- Manage schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate across disciplines and consultants, fostering strong collaboration and communication
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
- Uphold design quality and technical excellence throughout the process
Key Skills/Experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required
- Minimum 7–10 years of architectural experience with a focus on multi-family or mixed-use residential projects
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, codes, and construction administration
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Proficiency in Revit and project delivery software
