Senior Architect

About The Role:

A highly desirable and sought-after architecture studio known for their crafted adaptive re-use projects are seeking a talented Senior Architect with experience of leading projects from concept to completion to join their collaborative team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale projects, including cultural, residential, mixed-use and commercial and be a key member of a highly-successful, design-led team. Initially leading a high-profile London scheme currently at early design stages, you will spearhead the design development and subsequent delivery stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process through all stages
• Manage the team to ensure deliverables are achieved to the highest standards
• Lead design reviews with management team
• Manage packages through various stages
• Lead coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Registered ARB Architect
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience
• Experience working on UK design-led projects
• Experience leading project teams
• Exposure to adaptive re-use schemes
• Strong design skills
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
