Senior Architect

The Role:

A London-based architecture studio with an international presence is looking for a Senior Architect to join their education team.

You will be working on a range of education schemes from local schools to university buildings through the whole life cycle of projects. This is an opportunity to join a social team in a lead role that are delivering a diverse portfolio of work in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading packages through planning, tender and construction
• Managing a small team and mentoring junior architects and Part 2s
• Coordination with external consultants
• Leading concept and presentations
• Communication with clients

Key Skills:

• An undergraduate/ master’s degree in architecture
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience working on education projects
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience leading projects through all stages
• Strong package delivery experience
