Senior Architect (High-End Residential)
About The Role:
A sought-after architecture studio is looking for a Senior Architect / Associate to join their high-end residential team. This is a key role for someone confident leading projects end-to-end, bringing a thoughtful design approach alongside a detailed understanding of construction and delivery.
Our client has a strong reputation for delivering thoughtfully designed housing projects, and you will play an integral role within the multi-unit residential team. Taking a lead position, you’ll help shape the design approach while overseeing projects through to delivery, working closely with senior leadership, clients and consultants to ensure consistently high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Manage a small team and coordinate consultants to ensure smooth delivery
- Lead on design reviews with the management team
- Oversee detailed construction packages and technical coordination
- Maintain design quality, programme and compliance throughout the project
Key Skills/Experience:
- ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong experience delivering housing schemes, including HRB
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Confident leading projects through various stages and managing small teams
- Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and MicroStation
