Senior Architect (Residential)

About the Role:

You will step into a senior, hands-on role where design quality genuinely comes first. This is not a corporate environment and not a production-line studio. You will be trusted with responsibility, given real authorship, and supported by a collaborative, design-literate team.

The role offers exposure to exceptional residential projects, close collaboration with senior leadership and clients, and clear long-term career progression within a studio that values craft, continuity, and design integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development of high-end residential projects from concept through documentation
• Translate strong design ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, interiors teams, and consultants
• Contribute to material selection, detailing, and overall design narrative
• Support and mentor junior team members as projects progress

Key Skills / Requirements:

• Significant experience delivering high-end residential architecture
• Strong design sensibility supported by an excellent portfolio of built work
• Comfortable working across both design and technical phases
• Proficiency in Revit and confidence producing detailed documentation
• Clear communicator with a thoughtful and collaborative working style
