Senior Architect (Revit)

About The Role:

We are working with a mid-sized, international architecture practice who boasts an impressive portfolio of projects across various sectors. They are looking for a Senior Architect with a good design eye and strong exposure to technical coordination and leadership qualities to join their team in London.

This role offers a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, managing client relationships and leading and delivering projects from concept to construction. It provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly talented and dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing high-profile projects, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and coordinate with external consultants and engineers
  • Oversee the smooth running of large projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee the architectural team and manage overall deadlines and workloads with
  • Demonstrate an understanding of commercial awareness within the contexts of projects
  • Communicate with the team through excellent and effective verbal and written communication
  • Build good relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development, business networking and studio growth initiatives

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • An ARB/RIBA qualified Architect or international equivalent
  • At least 3 years professional practice experience post Part III
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must
  • Experience with 3D modelling and visualisation preferred
  • A solid understanding of the BIM environment and design and construction processes
  • Strong technical detailing and experience within specifications and project scheduling is required
  • A good understanding of UK planning and building regulations would be beneficial.
