Senior Designer (Design-Led Workplace)

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a fresh design perspective and a drive to expand and enhance their skills in an innovative, design-led company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine design concepts, contributing to the overall creative process
• Manage specific project stages, ensuring all design elements meet the client’s vision and expectations
• Collaborate effectively with team members including senior designers, technical designers, and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
• Attend client meetings to present ideas, gather feedback, and support design development
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and design innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the team
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and documentation to support project deliverables

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience within commercial/workplace projects, with a strong portfolio that highlights creative and high-quality work
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating design ideas to clients and team members
• Excellent organisational and time management skills for handling multiple project tasks
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about ongoing learning and professional development
