Senior FF&E Designer

About The Role:

We are partnering with a leading interior design studio seeking a Senior FF&E Designer with a passion for creating exceptional, experience-driven interiors. This role carries significant responsibility, working closely with clients, consultants, and senior project teams while leading the FF&E process from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years’ experience across all facets of design and project delivery, including high-end F&B, spas, and large-scale hospitality projects. A strong enthusiasm for interior architecture, furniture, and product design is essential, alongside the ability to provide creative direction, technical expertise, and mentorship to junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee FF&E delivery from concept through completion across all project phases
• Conduct and lead design research, sourcing inspiration and developing material palettes
• Support the Directors and Associates with pitches and client presentations
• Contribute to maintaining best practices in project management documentation
• Provide design direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior team members
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years interior design and FF&E experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills preferred
• Strong freehand sketching abilities
• In-depth FF&E technical knowledge, materials understanding, and construction awareness
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure, balancing creativity with deadlines
• Collaborative and adaptable team player
