Senior FF&E Specialist

The Role:

They are seeking a Senior FF&E Specialist to join their team and contribute to the materiality and custom design of hospitality-focused projects. This presents a great opportunity for seasoned designers to offer their expertise and bring a unique flair to designs, with a particular emphasis on materiality specifications, custom millwork, and fixture designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project design and development through initial concept through construction administration
• Generate intricate furniture arrangements using diverse interior design software
• Produce unique materiality specifications
• Develop FF&E packages and material selections
• Aid in the creation of FF&E design development and construction documentation
• Implement design direction based on leadership feedback
• Construct client presentation templates based on meeting agenda
• Maintain quality control and office standards for FF&E design and documentation

Key Skills:

• 6+ years of related experience in interior design with a focus on FF&E implementation
• Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture
• Advanced knowledge of elevations and space planning
• Displays a robust blend of technical expertise and conceptual design initiatives
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp
