Senior Graphic Designer

About The Role:

The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a celebrated design studio known globally for its distinctive aesthetic and influence across interiors and visual arts. This LA-based firm has built a legacy through bold creativity, cultural relevance, and refined storytelling and they’re now seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing in-house team.

This is a standout opportunity for a highly creative and technically strong designer with experience working across digital, print, and environmental assets. The right candidate will bring a polished eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to craft visual narratives that reflect the studio’s distinct point of view. You’ll work closely with the creative team to evolve and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints – from packaging and social media to website and campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a range of creative assets across digital and print, including emails, social content, packaging, presentations, and branded collateral
  • Collaborate with internal teams on brand development and visual storytelling across multiple platforms
  • Work on website updates including homepage, landing pages, and product storytelling in partnership with digital and e-commerce teams
  • Support photoshoots and video content production, including pre-production planning, on-set participation, and post-production editing
  • Manage asset libraries, design systems, and ensure consistency across all brand outputs

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a luxury, lifestyle, or design-forward brand or agency
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic skills, elevated visual sensibility, and a clear understanding of brand identity
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma – bonus if familiar with Klaviyo and video editing software
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices, UX/UI fundamentals, and cross-platform storytelling
  • Meticulous attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a high-expectation, fast-moving environment
