As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the design process from vision through execution. This position offers the chance to drive design direction, mentor emerging talent, and partner with some of the industry’s most celebrated professionals to craft immersive, memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of hospitality projects, from concept development to construction administration
• Establish and articulate design vision, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with client goals
• Direct the development of design specifications, FF&E selections, lighting concepts, layouts, and detailing
• Guide teams in creating innovative sketches, renderings, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring design intent is fully realized
• Foster collaboration across teams, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Present design concepts with authority and confidence to clients, articulating design rationale and vision

Key Skills/Requirements: 

• 7+ years of interior design experience, with a strong emphasis on hospitality
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, and other visualization tools; Revit experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to balance conceptual creativity with technical expertise
• Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing design teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a client-focused mindset
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to navigate complex projects in fast-paced environments
