Mid-Level Interior Designer (Hotel Experience)

The Role:

The Crowd are partnering with a highly desirable, international design practice based in Madrid. They are looking for collaborative mid-level to senior Interior Designers to join their team ASAP.

This role will work across luxury projects in the hospitality sector, specifically hotels. You will work alongside the Studio Leader to develop creative and thought-provoking design concepts. As part of the team, you will be a key member of the studio who will help drive forward and deliver projects to a high level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flare, possess at least 4 years’ experience, ideally working on hotel projects and the hospitality sectors and will be a personable team player. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality design concepts and project plans
• Maintain project delivery dates, ensuring works are delivered promptly and to a high quality
• Provide weekly project updates
• Review and update design documentation
• Ensure project compliance and building regulations are adhered to
• Develop solutions and provide advice to the wider team
• Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with presentations and attend site/client meetings

Key Skills:

• At least 4 years luxury residential/hospitality experience
• Strong Revit proficiency is necessary
• Adobe Suite experience required
• A team player with a collaborative and personable nature
• Would suit someone who is eager to grow and develop within a dynamic environment
• Must have EU residency
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
