Senior Landscape Architect (Revit)

The Role:

Our client, a leading global design practice are seeking a skilled and confident Landscape Architect to join their renowned social team in central London.

This role will entail leading various projects simultaneously in Revit whilst delivering all project phases while overseeing all construction administration. The ideal candidate would be responsible for overseeing the entire project process and would show confidence in the ability to liaise with external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage projects through Revit whilst collaborating with lead designer on the design process and coordinating between early concept stages to later construction tender packages
• Demonstrate creative thinking ability alongside ensuring company stands and preparing proposals
• Confidence in coordinating project deliverables, contracts and facilitating interviews and public presentation with external consultants

Key Skills:

• A degree in landscape architecture or architecture is essential
• Proficiency in Revit is essential and NewForma is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient in Adobe software preferred
