Senior Project Architect (Healthcare)

We are partnering with a respected design studio known for delivering complex, high-impact healthcare projects across the Southeast. Their Atlanta team is growing, and they are seeking a Senior Project Architect who is passionate about shaping environments that directly improve lives.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients, balancing technical excellence with creativity to guide projects from early design through construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of technical documentation for large-scale healthcare projects
• Oversee project coordination across design phases and construction administration
• Resolve technical challenges in partnership with project managers and consultants
• Manage permitting processes, code compliance, and quality assurance
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and project work planning efforts
• Serve as a mentor to junior architects, fostering growth and technical rigor
• Engage in client meetings and contribute to project strategy and delivery

Key Skills/Experience:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio of healthcare projects
• Licensed Architect (required)
• Expertise in Revit and strong knowledge of building systems and detailing
• Skilled at navigating codes, regulations, and technical standards
• Proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and collaboration
• LEED accreditation a plus (or willingness to achieve)
