Senior Project Leader/Interior Architect

The Role:

The Crowd are currently working with a renowned and sought after international design firm who are known for their award-winning portfolio and dialogue driven approach to creating transformative spaces. They are seeking a Senior Project Leader / Interior Architect to join their Manhattan location and work alongside the senior team to facilitate the successful delivery of innovative projects.

They are looking for a Senior Project Leader . interior Architect who is passionate and involved, capable of orchestrating and implementing project visions in collaboration with Directors and Partners. This role involves leading an internal team, coordinating with consultants, and managing all aspects specified in contractual agreements. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Partners and Directors to formulate and execute the design direction of a project
• Facilitate, budget, and plan design charrettes as part of the design phases
• Manage project delivery process
• Direct and lead interior design team and input strong conceptual designs
• Participate in the development and hands-on oversight of the budget, schedule, team, consultants, design, fee, and documentation on a daily basis, strictly adhering to the terms outlined in the project contract
• Define staffing needs and adjust accordingly
• Participation and leadership in meetings, project discussions, and employee development

Key Skills:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe CS, MS Office and Zoom
• Previous experience through all phases of design
• Effective leadership experience on sizable, cross-functional projects
• Excellent knowledge of FF&E and construction detailing
• Ability to demonstrate project and team management skills
• Experience with detailed drawing selection, material specification, and schedules
