Senior Project Manager

The Role:

From regenerating iconic urban landscapes within the public realm to diverse master planning, a world-renowned landscape design practice with offices in the USA, Asia and the UK are looking for a highly organised Senior Project Manager to join them at their London office.

Within this role, you will operate in a dynamic and innovative work environment, utilising your leadership abilities to ensure the successful completion of large-scale landscape design projects and be the primary point of contact for their diverse range of clients. As part of this design process, you will work closely with the Studio and Design Manager to manage the team’s workflow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and successfully deliver all project plans
• Collaborate with directors and team to help direct and guide the projects
• Act as a daily client point of contact to resolve any issues that arise
• Manage a large team while identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
• Handle budgets and provide internal and external status reports
• Prioritise project needs while recognising new opportunities
• Chair and coordinate large meetings and conference calls

Key Skills:

• Previous experience working within design-related project management
• Skilled in budget, resource and capacity management
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good problem solver and resourceful in finding logical solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly focused on delivering the highest quality output
• Calm and collected under pressure with a meticulous approach
