Senior Project Manager (Arabic Speaking)
About The Role:
The Crowd are working with a mid-sized international design practice that specialises in creating people-centred environments through wayfinding, product design, urban design, and transport projects. They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their collaborative London studio.
This is a key position within the studio, where you will deliver projects from concept to completion while working closely with the senior management team, internal design teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and timely delivery. The main focus of this role is to lead large-scale projects in the Middle East, and therefore you must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong written and spoken English skills to effectively manage communication, project plans, and documentation.
The role will also require regular travel to the Middle East to oversee project progress, ensure quality standards, and lead project meetings to guarantee delivery in line with the client’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and coordination of a large-scale wayfinding project
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, while mitigating risk throughout delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client, building lasting relationships
- Travel regularly to the Middle East to monitor project progress and address issues as they arise
- Lead meetings, manage project documentation, and ensure delivery to the highest standards
- Ensure all work adheres to local codes, accessibility standards, and cultural sensitivities
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Arabic, ensuring accurate translations
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects across wayfinding, infrastructure, or architecture
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of delivering multidisciplinary design projects
- Skilled in identifying risks early and implementing effective solutions
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture, business etiquette, and working practices
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
