Studio Coordinator

The Role:

We are working with a global and highly desirable architecture practice who are currently looking for an efficient Studio Coordinator to join their London studio on a fixed contract for 9-12 months. There is potential for the contract to go permanent.

Your responsibilities will involve facilitating the general smooth running of the studio, diary liaison, maintaining the general tidiness of the space, booking travel arrangements, document management and ensuring a warm and friendly front of house area. The ideal person will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the architecture/design industry and will have a proactive, approachable and friendly demeanour and will thrive in a role where you are a ‘go-to person’ for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-of-house area for client and guest arrivals
  • Prepare meeting rooms as needed
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Manage consumables and equipment procurement
  • Handle various service contracts with suppliers and couriers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for calls, bookings, and internal meetings
  • Document management
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Assist with data entry and project/staff setup

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role ideally within an architectural/interior design practice
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to speak another language is proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Familiar with HR, H&S, and IT systems
  • Effective communication of the studio’s culture and values
  • Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset
