Studio Coordinator
The Role:
A high-end architecture and interior design practice are looking for a confident and proactive Studio Coordinator to join the team in their West London studio. This is a varied and vital role within the practice where each day will be different. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day studio coordination whilst supporting the wider team.
The ideal candidate will have previous studio or office coordination experience ideally within the creative industry and will be confident in working on multiple tasks at any one time, taking the initiative to think on their feet. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow and evolve within a key role at this collaborative and successful design studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep of the studio, ensuring it is clean and well presented at all times
- Meet and greet any guests to the studio in a welcoming and professional manner
- Manage calls and emails, transferring and responding where appropriate
- Provide support and assistance to the Directors when needed
- Provide commercial support including pulling reports, budgeting and invoicing
- Liaise between the team and all external contacts including clients and contractors
- Assist studio team with the coordination of samples
- Manage stock levels of office supplies, placing orders when necessary
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within architecture or design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
